About BLCS

BLCS combines perfect location near the center of Sofia city with first-class office, retail and warehouse space for lease for your business.

BLCS encompasses 13,000 square meters of warehouse space, 3,000 square meters of office space, 1,200 square meters of retail space, as well as a fast food restaurant and 500 parking spaces.

The BLCS project started in the second half of 2007 and was completed in early 2010. Only high-quality materials were used and construction activities were entrusted to established construction companies with many years of experience.

Building A

BUILDING A is intended for administrative offices. It consists of 2 floors, each of 560 sq.m and height of 3.50 m. We offer the possibility of splitting according to the needs of the client. The building has 24-hour security and video surveillance, as well as 50 adjacent parking spaces.

Building B

BUILDING B is intended for administrative offices. It consists of 3 floors, each 250 square meters and a height of 2.70 meters. We offer the possibility of splitting according to the needs of the client. The building has 24-hour security and video surveillance, as well as 50 adjacent parking spaces.

Building C

BUILDING C is designed for administrative offices. It consists of 3 floors, each 750 sq m and a height of 2.70 m. We offer the possibility of splitting according to the needs of the client. The building has 24-hour security and video surveillance, as well as 100 adjacent parking spaces.

Building D

BUILDING D has a total area of 11 000 sq.m and a height of the premises 8 m. We offer the possibility of dividing from 150 to 5 000 sq.m. The building has 24-hour security and video surveillance as well as TIR parking.

Building E
